SALES AGREEMENT

The seller warrants that are above described puppy is in good health at the time buyer assumes ownership. Great care has been exercised to prevent or eliminate parasites and or skin problems. I guarantee my dogs to be pet quality, not showing or breeding quality.TOY BREED TOPIA cannot guarantee in a young puppy color, weight, and size. Not covered are slight genetic and not considered to be non-life threatening would be the following: umbical or inguinal hernia, undescended testicles,loose patela, and under or overbite.We do not cover any parasites. All of our puppies are dewormed and given strongid for any parasites that may be present. However, it is possible that a parasite could survive and furthur treatment may be necessary. If this case, it is the buyers' responsibility to obtain this treatment from the veterinary.We do not cover Hypoglycemia, low blood sugar, because this can be triggered  from the stress of a new environment. Small breed puppies are easily susceptible to this.We do not cover Coccidia because it is not unusual for the stress of changing homes to cause an outbreak of coccidia. toy breed topia will no way be liable for the above, these are not considered life threatening. If the puppy is to be replaced, buyer must pay for  charges of shipping the puppy back to seller and all charges shipping replacement puppy back to you. For protection of all concerned parties, you should have a licensed veterinarian examine your puppy within 48 hours( not including Sundays or holidays) of purchase. If a licensed  veterinarian declares animal in unacceptable health and the animal is returned to me within 24 hours of the exam, I will gladly exchange for another puppy if one is available at that time. A written statement  from the licensed veterinarian is required. If the puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery, no guarantee is made and no other grounds for exchange will be accepted AND NO REFUNDS. I will not be responsible for the cost of the veterinarian checkups, any medication that might be offered, or any other charges required in the future.If you do not contact me stating there is something wrong with the puppy in that 48 hour time frame then the contract will also be void. No guarantee is made in regards to size, color, or quality at maturity, unless otherwise stated below. In order for us to hold a puppy for you , you will need to make a $50.00 deposit non-refundable and will be applied to the purchase price of your puppy, but if your puppy is ready for shipment payment must be paid in full one week prior to shipment. This agreement is a binding contract in the state of Tennessee and is the entire agreement between the buyer and toy breed topia concerning the health conditions and/ or loss of this puppy. Any litigation commenced shall take place in the Macon County Tennessee Court System. No puppy shall be sold until the buyer has read the entire agreement and sent a confirmation E-MAIL to tonya smith at doggroomer06@yahoo.com or you can mail to 1640 cold springs rd,Lafayette tn,37083  agreeing to its terms. This contract is only good for the original owner of the new puppy.
